Frequently asked questions
Why do I have to turn it on in Settings?
iOS only lets apps block calls once you turn them on yourself. Bloquea 400 can’t do it for you.
The app says “Blocking off” even though I turned it on
Go back to Settings and check the switch. If it was already on, turn it off and on again, then wait a few seconds: iOS needs a moment to load the list, because the 400 prefix alone is one million numbers.
A company keeps calling me
It’s probably calling from a number that doesn’t start with 400. Add it with Add Number or Range. If it uses many similar numbers, block a range.
Can I block numbers from other countries?
Yes. Type them with the international prefix (for example +44… or 0044…). 9-digit numbers without a prefix are treated as Spanish.
How do I remove a number or range?
In the list, swipe the number or range to the left and tap Delete.
Do the tips add any features?
No. Every feature is free. Tips are optional and only support development.
What data does the app collect?
None. Your block list is stored only on your iPhone. Read more in the privacy policy.
